As a Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist at F5, you will be central to the heart of marketing and reaching our business goals while bringing your hands-on skills, expertise in Marketo and related MarTech to effectively bring our marketing programs to life. The ideal candidate will be process-driven and detail oriented. As part of the growing demand generation team, the Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist will own Marketo campaign builds and execution projects to grow our revenue engine. The ideal candidate is looking for growth, learning opportunities, and enjoys a work environment that builds strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build trusted partnerships with marketing stakeholders (field marketing, integrated marketing, events, and channel marketing)
Drive program execution through build, testing, deployment, and measurement; recommend optimizations
Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign requests; ensure best practices and consistent reporting
Build Marketo programs such as emails, list imports, event programs, gated asset programs
Maintain campaign calendar entries; identify audience overlap and drive corrective action
Identify and implement improvements to campaign operations and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues; conduct post-mortems on campaign incidents
Promote best practices for data governance and data hygiene across the MarTech stack
Manage multiple projects in Wrike; keep tasks current to support clear stakeholder communication
Provide QA and support for Marketo executions (lists, workflows, template management, etc.)
Keep marketing operations process and system documentation up to date
REQUIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
2–4+ years of Marketo experience supporting webinars, events, newsletters, email sends, and other campaign operations
Marketo certification preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field preferred
Salesforce (SFDC) experience a plus
Comfortable with project management tools (Wrike, etc.)
Strong attention to detail while managing projects and partnering with multiple stakeholders
Team player with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong process documentation and knowledge transfer skills
Self-directed and proactive in driving work toward defined marketing objectives

The annual base pay for this position is: $73,600.00 - $110,400.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
