WHO WE NEED :
We're looking for a Pardot or Marketo certified, data driven marketing operations manager to track and drive the efficacy of our marketing programs and platforms. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and executing our marketing strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing marketing automation processes, ensuring seamless integrations across systems, and enhancing our marketing automation implementation. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with marketing automation systems.

  • Salesforce certification or strong working knowledge
  • Pardot or Marketo certification
  • B2B tech marketing experience with at least 5+ years of admin experience in marketing automation and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights, and intelligence from Marketing data
  • Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices
  • Deep understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning and running the governance of a large marketing automation platform
  • Experience managing and training direct reports


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable efficient and effective Marketing strategy, driving alignment with Sales and Revenue Operations
  • Support Marketing leadership in developing measurement plans containing benchmarks and goals
  • Monitor performance, develop insights, and provide recommendations to optimize pipeline performance
  • Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion of prospects
  • Support Marketing by maintaining lead management processes, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and hand-off to Sales
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure data is syncing seamlessly in Salesforce and Pardot for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting
  • Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration between marketing automation, Pardot, and Salesforce, driving improvements and employing best practices
  • Manage direct report by clearly communicating job expectations, providing coaching, motivating, and evaluating results
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams to create campaigns aimed at driving cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Develop personalized campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior
