Demand Generation Manager - Job Description

WHO WE NEED :
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be a key driver in developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to fuel the growth of our solutions. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of success in generating high-quality leads and driving pipeline growth.
- Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across various channels
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging channels such as digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and events to generate leads
- Own the development and execution of targeted lead generation campaigns to meet pipeline and revenue goals
- Implement lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyer's journey and increase conversion rates
- Collaborate with the content and marketing operations teams to ensure alignment of content with the buyer's journey
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Utilize analytics tools and CRM systems to track and measure KPIs
- Establish regular engagement with cross-functional teams, such as Enablement, Product Marketing, BDR and SDR, to ensure effective handoff and follow-up of leads
- Oversee and lead a team of Demand Generation Specialists, providing mentorship, guidance and professional development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on achieving collective and individual goals
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with a track record of driving measurable results
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, preferably a demand generation team
- Strong understanding of demand generation tactics, including digital marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, and events
- Texas based and able to travel periodically to Sugar Land
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-drive decisions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
