The Role

About This Team:

Join our dynamic Operations team as we empower our visionary and ever-evolving Marketing organization through data-driven insights and operational excellence across all functions, including campaigns, learning and enablement, social listening, etc.  We’re seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Marketing Operations professional to lead critical initiatives that drive organizational change and optimize business processes, ensuring successful project and program delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

  • Define, lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to closure, ensuring high-quality stakeholder management and communication.
  • Define, refine, and improve processes where needed across the Marketing Organization and its interfaces with other organizations
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems into the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices and methodologies within the organization.
  • Ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks and activities as they become necessary

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to keep things on track in an environment of nearly constant change
  • Change Management Leadership: Deep understanding and practical knowledge of the application of change management principles
  • Process Engineering Proficiency: Expertise in defining, optimizing, and documenting business processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to build strong relationships, influence, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communication (Written & Verbal): Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Oracle, Eloqua, BigTinCan, HighTouch and other platforms relevant to Marketing
  • Experience in organizational development or training.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations
  • 7+ years’ of progressive project management experience, with a significant portion leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • 5+ years’ experience leading and implementing organizational change management initiatives
  • 5+ years’ experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges: $127,283-$190,925 CA generally ranges: $132,817-$199,225 All other locations fall under our General State range: $110,681-$166,021 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
