Job Purpose:
This position works under guidance from more senior team members and is an entry level marketer, performing routing assignments to help execute acquisition media pipelines. Their talents are devoted to a particular business focus. This position will receive direct instruction and guidance. However, some work tasks are independent of manager oversight, and require use of existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing recommendations for strategies to improve media productivity utilizing direct marketing best practices.
- Manage deliverables and timelines for media campaigns within a defined process, working with marketing partners.
- Responsible for expense tracking for a specific media with manager guidance and clearly explain expense drivers and kit/per price status.
- Explore competitor examples, or past tests as input to Operational Marketing Plans. Document and share the relevance to our business.
- Assist with execution details as needed for Operational Marketing Plans.
- Responsible for system tasks, including the input of strategic information and creative plans from Strategists into WorkFront and Unica Plan.
- Utilize compliance, product and direct marketing best practices knowledge.
- Support inputs to the strategy development process through competitive monitoring and identification of trends.
- Support the monthly strategy review and quarterly testing review processes.
- Review consumer insights to participate in strategy development process.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a project-oriented team environment.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of key levers that drive media and business results.
- Basic knowledge of expense management and how it impacts business results.

Base Salary Range:
$53,392.00 - $93,436.00
