Deine Aufgaben als Marketing Manager m/w/d bei Cubicure

• du planst, setzt um und optimierst Sales und Marketing Kampagnen online und offline
• du organisierst und betreust interne und externe Marketing Events wie Messen, Konferenzen und Kundenveranstaltungen
• du definierst und schärfst die Markenpositionierung und Botschaften von Cubicure in der 3D Druck Industrie
• du analysierst Markttrends und Wettbewerbsdynamiken und leitest daraus konkrete Strategien ab
• du arbeitest eng mit Sales und Content Marketing zusammen, um Go to Market Aktivitäten zu unterstützen
• du betreust und unterstützt CRM basierte Marketing Prozesse wie Lead Tracking und Kampagnen Attribution
• du koordinierst die Entwicklung von Marketingmaterialien wie Website, Broschüren, Präsentationen und Use Cases gemeinsam mit Content Marketing und externen Partnern
• du steuerst externe Agenturen und Dienstleister
• du überwachst und analysierst Marketing KPIs und optimierst kontinuierlich die Performance
• du stellst die Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern und eine konsistente Kommunikation sicher
• du repräsentierst Cubicure bei Branchenveranstaltungen und in Netzwerken

Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise

• du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in marketingbezogenen Rollen
• du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Marketingthemen, idealerweise im Bereich Online und Social Media Marketing
• du bringst Kenntnisse in der produzierenden Industrie mit, idealerweise in der additiven Fertigung
• du hast Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Messen oder ähnlichen Veranstaltungen
• du bist geübt im Umgang mit gängigen Marketing Tools wie MS Office und Adobe Creative Suite sowie in grundlegender Video und Bildbearbeitung und verfügst über ausgeprägte Copywriting Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• du überzeugst durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
