What you´ll do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and TV (linear & streaming/CTV).
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives (ROAS, CR, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance using platforms like GA4, attribution tools, and in-house dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with global performance and media teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging and budget allocation.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.

Who we´re looking for:

  • At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on ownership of budgets across paid search, social, and TV (linear or streaming/CTV).
  • You are fluent in English. German or French is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker or similar).
  • You have the internal drive to make a difference and give everything to make it happen.
  • You are number-driven and have a very good analytical understanding.
  • You have an independent, self-reliant, and structured way of working.
  • You love to tackle things yourself, roll up your sleeves, and take things on the road independently.
  • You are communicative, self-confident, and have no problem approaching others openly.
  • You constantly strive for personal development.
  • Ideally, you bring previous working experience within the DACH market.

Skills Required

  • At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing with ownership of paid search, social, and TV budgets
  • Hands-on experience planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and TV/CTV
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker or similar) and attribution tools
  • Strong analytical skills and number-driven decision making
  • Experience conducting A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Fluent in English
  • German or French language skills
  • Previous working experience within the DACH market
  • Ability to work independently, structured, communicative and collaborative with global teams
