Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, target markets, and sales goals.
- Own and maintain, using the latest technology, Osborne brand messaging and positioning across product lines, customer segments, and channels.

- Support product launches by building go-to-market plans, launch materials, sales tools, and customer-facing communications.
- Create and manage marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, product sheets, website content, and promotional materials.
- Partner with the sales and product development teams to improve lead generation, lead nurturing, account support, and channel enablement.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, printers, and marketing vendors as needed.
- Track campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and return on investment, and provide regular reporting to leadership with specific reference to CSAT and NPS scores.
- Manage the Osborne format and style guide to maintain consistency with HM Precious Metal Group, Germany.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, B2B, B2C, precious and base metals, or related technical product environments.
- Strong background in brand management, campaign development, content creation, and demand generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for commercial audiences.
- Experience collaborating across sales, operations/manufacturing, and leadership teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and using data to improve performance. (NPS and CSAT scores)
