Key Responsibilities
- Work with the management team to craft and execute marketing strategies for the organization
- Manage marketing team operations and oversee ongoing activations, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Identify opportunities within target markets and develop strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth
- Generate ideas for promotions, collaborations, partnerships, and weekly activations to increase traffic and customer engagement
- Prepare and share marketing reports, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with marketing objectives
- Manage relationships with corporate media, retail industry partners, and other stakeholders
- Ensure the brand remains at the cutting edge of digital innovation and maintain brand consistency across all collateral
- Plan and execute special marketing projects, events, exhibitions, and brand experiences internally and externally
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with the organisation’s brand values and guidelines
- Perform all other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Management, or any other relevant field
- At least 5-7 years of marketing experience
- Professional certification will be an added advantage
- Expert knowledge in traditional and digital marketing and communications
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, budgeting, and project management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Must possess sound judgment, critical thinking ability, and attention to detail
- Must be proactive, passionate about disruption, and interested in fashion, art, and culture
- Ability to leverage existing networks/connections effectively
Skills Required
