Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate branding for client seminars, webinars, and other events, ensuring the firm's identity is consistently presented.
- Work with the events team to enhance the impact of sponsorships, conferences, and networking engagements.
Client Engagement & Loyalty:
- Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
- Develop initiatives such as client appreciation events or campaigns to enhance loyalty.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with partners, lawyers, and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Provide brand training and guidelines to ensure alignment among employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or public relations, preferably within a law firm, consulting firm, financial institution, corporate organization, or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing trends, particularly in the professional services industry.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of legal industry dynamics is a plus.
