Job Summary
The Zonal Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the entire Lagos zone’s sales and marketing operations, driving revenue generation, market penetration, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement zonal sales strategies and deliver revenue targets.
- Acquire new corporate and retail clients across the Lagos market.
- Build and manage relationships with brokers, HR decision makers, and key stakeholders.
- Supervise the zonal team and monitor performance.
- Prepare market intelligence reports and sales forecasts.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues across service teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
- 6–8 years sales/marketing experience; Lagos market experience is an advantage.
- Proven record of achieving targets in competitive markets.
- Strong communication and team-leadership skills.
