The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across all companies under the Poni Group to drive growth and ensure brand consistency. This role coordinates and oversees marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales initiatives for multiple business units. The Group Marketing Manager monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for each company. The position also involves leading, mentoring, and managing marketing teams across subsidiaries to align with corporate objectives, as well as preparing consolidated marketing reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to support group-level strategic decisions.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in
Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
· Experience in the Maritime, Marine, or The oil & Gas industry will be an advantage.
· Strong interpersonal and communication
