The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships to drive organizational growth. This role involves developing and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets and corporate objectives. The successful candidate will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to support informed decision-making. Additionally, the role includes preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for potential clients and senior management, while collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and the successful execution of projects.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s
Degree and Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
· Experience and established network in the
Maritime, Marine, or Oil & Gas industry will be an advantage.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
