Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will serve as the head of the marketing unit, responsible for developing and executing
comprehensive strategies that promote our social media Application, enhance
visibility, and drive user acquisition and retention. The role entails leading
the marketing team, overseeing campaigns across digital and traditional
platforms, managing partnerships, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives
align with the company’s overall vision and objectives.
This is a hybrid role based in Ghana
Duties:
- Lead and manage the marketing unit, setting clear objectives
and KPIs for the team.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand
visibility, user acquisition, and retention.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media,
SEO/SEM, email, and advertising platforms.
- Manage the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency
across all channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify
growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers,
brands, and advertisers.
- Supervise the creation of engaging content, advertisements,
and promotional materials.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics
tools, providing reports to management.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of
resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales,
Legal, and Revenue units) to align marketing efforts with overall business
goals.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
& Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
Communications, or related field.
- A master's degree is an added advantage.
- 5-7 years of relative experience.
- Proven experience in marketing management, brand strategy,
and digital campaigns (preferably in tech or social media industries).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads,
Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, analytics platforms).
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and project
coordination skills.
- Ability to interpret data and market insights to inform
strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
abilities.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and
decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with user engagement strategies, influencer
marketing, and community building.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics,
Digital Marketing) are an added advantage.Top of Form
