Meditec AB provides leading software solutions for information management in Latvia. Their software supports hospitals, clinics, and medical practices with facility operations, streamlining workflows, and reducing administrative burdens.

Meditec AB integrates with MediCloud which streamlines the processes for both patients and healthcare professionals at hospitals, and eVeselībasPunkts.lv, an e-health patient portal with online appointment booking, consultations, document exchange, and patient verification functionality.

Based in Riga, we have over 25 years of experience, and more than 100 implemented national e-health projects. As a market leader, we are looking to bring in a dedicated Marketing Manager to support our lead generation and brand awareness efforts in the Latvian market.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating and managing a high-impact marketing strategy. As a key contributor to our growth, you’ll bring a vision that shapes our marketing planning, develop cross-functional campaigns, and track performance to ensure we’re maximizing the return on our efforts.

What you will do
  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:

    • Develop and own a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and converting leads across all stages of the funnel.

    • Set measurable objectives aligned with business goals and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve on the strategy.

    • Define product messaging, and lead cross-functional product launches within the Latvian market

    • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align on goals, planning, messaging, and strategic initiatives.

  2. Full-Funnel Campaign Development:

    • Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns aimed at both lead generation and lead conversion, ensuring touchpoints at each stage of the funnel.

    • Oversee the execution of campaigns across email, SEO, content, events, and social media, driving alignment across channels to maximize reach and impact.

    • Partner with the sales team to develop nurturing sequences, lead-scoring mechanisms, and sales enablement materials that support higher conversion rates.

  3. Brand Building & Content Strategy:

    • Develop and refine brand positioning and messaging to strengthen brand awareness and establish our company as a thought leader in health information technology.

    • Guide content strategy, working with the content team to produce high-value resources (e.g., case studies, webinars) that speak to key pain points and buyer needs.

    • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, building a recognizable and respected brand identity.

  4. Performance Tracking & Optimization:

    • Establish KPIs and implement performance tracking for campaigns and overall marketing effectiveness, focusing on key metrics such as lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates.

    • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and future growth.

    • Stay current on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategy accordingly.

What we are looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing for the Latvian market, preferably for tech solutions. Additional experience is running B2C marketing campaigns is a plus.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive growth across the full funnel.

  • A portfolio of past product launches you have led.

  • Experience with sourcing and managing third-party suppliers and freelancers.

  • Strong understanding of brand building, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies.

  • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to make informed marketing decisions and optimize performance.

  • Business language proficiency in English and Latvian.
