Join our team as Marketing Manager for LATAM and Spain and play a significant role scaling our business in the region 10->100!
We are open-minded with regards to location but expect this role will involve time spent both in target markets, as well as in our HQ in Riga, Latvia on a regular basis.
You will:
- Oversee and manage all marketing related activities across Latin America and Spain
- Drive user growth rate
- Lead efforts towards improving our LTV/CAC
- Orchestrate actions to boost retention and funnel KPIs
- Be on a constant lookout for new growth avenues: channels, synergies, growth-hacks & more
- Coordinate efforts with colleagues in Performance, Lifecycle, SEO and design teams
- Closely cooperate with Data team, driving improvements via sophisticated data-centric tools and projects
- Be on top of all things brand, customer opinion and PR improvements
- Play increasingly important role with regards to scaling regional marketing team over time
- Take a big part in more deeply embedding AI in all things marketing: content, analytics, automations & more
You have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Strong and demonstrated background in digital marketing, with clear distinction in select sub-areas of it
- Past experience with affiliate marketing or mobile app marketing at an advanced level is a clear advantage
- Prior experience in financial services, marketplace business or large-scale consumer tech companies
- Excellent English. Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability of being a self-starter that thrives in dynamic, cross-market environment
- Extreme level of ownership
- Ability to fly high & fly low: zoom out and recalibrate the big picture, and then dive in and lead execution by example, repetitively and regularly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
