About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Developing and executing lead generation campaigns to attract potential clients;
- Utilizing various channels, including digital marketing (PPC, SEO), email campaigns, content marketing, and industry events, to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel;
- Website operational management, managing backlog of the website development team (Web Designer and Front-end dev);
- Contributing to crafting compelling messages across the website;
- Contributing to marketing automation initiatives and develop nurture programs to move customers along the marketing and sales funnel;
- Conducting email marketing campaigns;
- Building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors;
- Preparing and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely;
- Performing market and competitor research to find new opportunities;
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight and assessing against goals.
Essential professional experience:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager, or similar role;
- Experience in FinTech is an advantage;
- Attested experience constructing marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, etc;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Jira and Figma. Experience with Hubspot is a plus;
- Excellent communication and project management skills;
- Keen eye for detail;
- Background in copywriting is a plus;
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills;
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field;
- Upper intermediate/ fluent written English.
