What we seek:
- Lead marketing team in Bangkok and responsible for the market success in Thailand across the funnels Brand Awareness: Position Lalamove in fiercely competitive environment to make the brand locally relevant and loved increased engagement from customers and driver partners.
- Local campaigns management: Lead the development, management, and execute the local campaigns, working closely with creative and media agencies, internal sales, driver operations team, and functional team based in Hong Kong to develop trackable, measurable integrated communications projects.
- Public Relations and Media: Lead the development of local events and PR to maximize cross-promotion & brand exposure opportunities.
- Creative: Lead local extentions of global campaigns, working on special projects (stunt, guerilla, content, digital innovation) that increase the relevance of Lalamove in the markets.
- Partnership: Build strategic long term partnerships to increase in our user base.
- Digital Marketing: Devise digital marketing problems ie. digital advertising, websites management, SEO, social media and content marketing.
- Retention & Loyalty: Manage user retention activitites & to increase user's royalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales & Driver Ops team to develop marketing tractics for effective lead generation.
What you'll need:
- Experience working in an results-driven organization, a strong track record of working with data, dashboards, and implementing marketing strategies to drive impact.
- Ability to plan, organize, schedule, budget, and project manage across multiple teams across all aspects of marketing.
- Ability to develop & execute marketing strategies based on sound understanding of targets of customers and market data.
- Ability to understand the company needs and assist in forming strategic partnerships across various industries in accordance to company strategies.
- Minimum 5 years working experience with solid understanding of inbound marketing, B2B marketing, branding, PR, and digital marketing channels.
- Hands-on experience in executing and managing production, content creation, and graphic design work/teams.
- Experience handling agencies (Advertisement/ PR).
