Job Descriptions:
- Create channel strategy development & guideline.
- Analyze sales data, consumer & shopper insight to identify opportunities in online channel.
- Allocate and manage promotional budget online channel to ensure optimize return on investment.
- Provide promotion guideline and rules based on learning from post-evaluation and deliver category and channel objectives.
- Suggest promotion strategy and mechanic for channel activation campaign.
- Coordinate with cross-functions to implement category plan across channels.
- Evaluate and review implemented E-Commerce activities for developing future.
Qualifications:
- Strong FMCG experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, economics, finance or marketing
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG industry
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Experienced in Consumer Market Insight, Consumer Research, Consultancy, Trade category management or Finance (business partnering)
- Experience working in Data-Centric role, E-commerce or working with E-commerce/Digital/Social Data is a plus
- Basic skills or exposure with Data Visualization, Data Analytics Tool is preferred
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
