About Pronghorn

Overview

At Pronghorn, we are building a movement. Rooted in culture, innovation, and equity, we exist to create real pathways to success across the Spirits industry and beyond.

Whether you're behind the scenes or at the forefront of the brand, working at Pronghorn means stepping into purpose. We believe in bold ideas, relentless execution, and creating space for people to show up fully as themselves — and win.

Pronghorn Partner Collaboration (HQ)

At Pronghorn, we leverage powerful partnerships to build pathways. We proudly collaborate with some of the biggest and most respected names in the Spirits industry to connect bold talent with bold brands.

Whether you’re supporting internal growth or contributing to a partner initiative, you’ll gain real-world exposure, strategic access, and unmatched insight into an industry that’s being reshaped in real time. Every role has the potential to intersect with our partner network — driving visibility, impact, and results that go far beyond the job description.

About the role

Our partner is an ultra-premium Vodka Superiore crafted at the historic Francoli Distillery in the town of Ghemme, Piemonte—the revered Italian region celebrated for Barolo, vermouth, and culinary excellence. They represent a shift toward modern luxury, operating on the principle of The Informed Choice rather than loud, status-driven marketing.

The brand aligns itself with the traditional Italian aperitivo and the "luxury to linger". They own the "golden hour" and the first drink of the night, anchoring our experience around our meticulously crafted signature serve: the Martini Tradizionale. This signature martini represents more than a beverage; it is the definitive first drink of the night that acts as the start of a journey, inviting the modern connoisseur to pause, connect, and enjoy an evening built on passion and artistry.

What you'll do

We are seeking a driven, highly accountable Marketing Manager based in the New York area to physically manifest the brand in market. You will bridge high-level strategy with flawless on-the-ground execution. Your core mission is to create and develop trade events, marketing assets, and brand programs that invite our modern connoisseurs to take a seat at the "Italian Table".

Accountability is critical. We need a professional who can drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring every vendor and internal team member stays perfectly on track and fulfills the brand's promise.

  • Asset & Program Development: Create, refine, and deploy high-impact marketing assets and brand programs tailored to the New York market, specifically designed to capture early-evening "golden hour" occasions.
  • Event Management & Travel: Drive trade and cultural events from end to end. You will act as the operational anchor, keeping all partners accountable and ensuring execution reflects our uncompromising standards. This role requires travel to various regional and national brand activations (such as Art Basel or New York Fashion Week integrations).
  • Strategic Ideation: Act as our intelligence on the ground. You will proactively suggest ideas and recommend ways to be more effective in the market based on your real-world experiences interacting with accounts and consumers.
  • Discreet & Professional: You will frequently encounter and collaborate with high-profile cultural insiders, VIPs, and celebrities. Absolute discretion, unwavering professionalism, and a strict respect for privacy are mandatory requirements for this role.
  • The Luxury Insider: You have a background in luxury hospitality or luxury products. You intrinsically understand how to market to a discerning demographic that values knowledge and discovery over overt status.
  • Highly Accountable: You possess a boundless, limitless mindset and an absolute dedication to driving projects across the finish line.
  • Detail-Obsessed: You know that modern luxury is understood through the "accumulated weight of every detail"—from the quality of the collateral to the precise execution of a tasting event.
  • Strategic & Communicative: You can speak confidently as a peer to luxury trade partners and internal leadership, using "Owned Language" to constantly seek new avenues to elevate the brand's presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience & Background: 3–5 years of experience in marketing, events, or luxury hospitality. Experience with premium spirits, luxury lifestyle, or high-end consumer brands is strongly preferred.
  • Luxury Sensibility: You possess an intuitive understanding of the luxury market. You prioritize quality, discretion, and elevated presentation, and can effectively communicate with high-profile cultural insiders and luxury trade partners.
  • Operational Excellence: Highly organized and detail-obsessed, with a proven ability to manage complex logistics, e-commerce support, and event execution from concept to completion.
  • Accountability & Drive: A proactive "hustler" mindset with a boundless dedication to driving projects across the finish line. You take ownership of your tasks and seek out new opportunities to improve market presence without needing constant supervision.
  • Strategic & Communicative: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You can speak confidently as a peer to both internal leadership and external partners.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Workspace and standard office tools. Comfortable managing digital files, basic CRM data, and operational reporting.
  • Flexibility & Mobility: Must be based in the New York Metro Area. This role requires frequent in-market work, the ability to lift and transport marketing materials/product, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by brand activations.
  • Cultural Alignment: You are a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and are excited to represent an authentic, heritage-driven brand.
