In the Marketing Manager – Spend Management position, you’ll lead the positioning and promotion of the DSSI platform and other innovative offerings across Senior Care and adjacent industries. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing go-to-market strategies, refining platform messaging, and developing compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, you’ll create integrated marketing plans designed to maximize product and service revenue. What You’ll Do and Impact:

Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve growth objectives, collaborating with Segment Leaders, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams.

Research competitive landscape and analyze data to inform strategies, identify segmentation and targeting opportunities, and position the business for customer acquisition and retention.

Manage customer personas and journey maps to uncover pain points, triggers, and marketing opportunities.

Lead the creation of compelling technical marketing content, such as white papers, blogs, demos, and success stories, showcasing the DSSI Platform's value.

Design and implement multi-channel marketing tactics and launch plans for new offerings, partnering with Product Management on pricing strategies.

Establish strong communication and collaboration with GMs, Sales, and Marketing Leadership to align marketing plans with business goals.

Track marketing program performance, report outcomes, and drive continuous improvements.

Engage with leadership, customers, and industry experts to identify market trends and understand customer needs.

Assist in developing sales collateral and digital marketing materials to support marketing initiatives.
Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
-
5+ years of eCommerce/eProcurement and digital marketing experience
-
Proven track record of success in marketing SaaS solutions, including marketing plan development and execution
-
5+ years of demonstrated experience in scoping and executing marketing communication tactics for brand positioning, lead generation, and sales enablement
