What You’ll Do:
- デジタル広告の獲得効率を高め、LTV（顧客生涯価値）を最大化する戦略の立案
- 戦略実現に向けた最適な広告運用ディレクションおよび実行管理
- モバイルアプリ向け広告計測ツールを活用したデータ分析・インサイト抽出
- マスプロモーションやアクティベーションキャンペーンの企画・実施
- 社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、ブランド成長を支えるマーケティング施策を推進
Basic Qualifications:
- 約5年以上広告代理店 or 事業会社におけるマーケティング業務経験者
- モバイルアプリのユーザー獲得広告における戦略立案・運用経験
- データ分析による課題抽出と改善施策の立案・実行経験
- Z世代のトレンドや消費行動に基づくマーケティング企画経験
- 日本語でのコミュニケーションおよび円滑に業務遂行が可能な方
- 論理的思考（ロジカルシンキング）を用いた問題解決スキル
- クリエイティブな発想で課題にアプローチできる企画力
Preferred Qualifications:
- 英語及び中国語での業務遂行が可能な方（必須条件ではありませんが、該当する方を優先します）
