Are you passionate about gathering insights, monitoring business performance, and being an important partner in developing and driving a franchise's strategy and go-to-market approach?

Bring your already proven marketing experience and passion for brand to the table, and help inspire and develop many more builders of tomorrow through one of our LEGO® powerhouse brands, LEGO® Friends!

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze business performance (monthly/quarterly/annually) of the Friends Franchise (with Brand, Marketing, Insights & Marketing Team), the Toy industry and competition to bring the most relevant insights to LEGO® Friends.

  • Act as a LEGO® Friends ambassador by gathering and sharing relevant insights with a variety of internal and external partners to identify challenges and exploring growth opportunities.

  • Develop strong global selling-in materials for the markets.

  • Act as a guardian of the LEGO® Friends experience across the portfolio and secure execution of visual identity in all marketing assets and channels (i.e. LEGO® Life, Publishing) such as packaging, copy, e-commerce, LEGO® Friends magazine.

  • Support in the planning and execution of marketing activations within the LEGO® eco-system as well as partner channels, such as LEGOLAND® parks, Publishing, Social media.

  • Support, where needed, to drive collaboration and clear communication with all “friends of Friends” Functional Partners and Key Markets partners, through the journey from planning through execution.

LEGO® Friends is part of Product Group Core Businesses. In this team we focus on innovating and growing our mature franchises to ensure they continue to thrive as our biggest drivers of active consumer base, commercial contribution and brand equity.

The Global Marketing Department is responsible for crafting and encouraging consumer demand for LEGO® bricks by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling & innovative product lines, marketing strategies + campaigns.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Relevant work experience in the marketing field - preferably in an international/global context.

  • Proven experience in brand marketing with a strong blend of commercialism, creativity, analytical skills and result oriented.

  • Proven track record of growing brand and turning consumer, shopper, and market insights into action.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving important innovation and the ability to take calculated risks and agility in responding to the changing external landscape.

  • Excellent communicator, self-starter who embraces diversity and sees opportunity in every change.

  • Ability to travel if needed (not more than 10days/year).
