The Marketing Manager West Balkans will be responsible for leading Marketing activities in the assigned markets, driving value creation and financial impact for the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing marketing plans and ensuring their effective execution across West Balkans markets.

  • Combining strategic thinking with strong operational management of multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Working collaboratively within a matrix organization, particularly with Marketing and Commercial leadership teams.

  • Leading the development of the company’s portfolio in West Balkans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

With the consumer at the center, responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the Country Manager, distributor marketing and commercial teams, as well as Cluster and Regional Marketing teams, to build best-in-class marketing and commercial capabilities.

  • Delivering marketing plans based on local market insights and aligned with regional brand strategies.

  • Ensuring excellent execution of ATL campaigns and strong BTL implementation in collaboration with distributors.

  • Aligning Consumer Marketing, Customer Marketing and Commercial teams around clear “Where to Play” and “How to Win” strategies.

  • Leading a team of two Customer Marketing Managers internally, along with close collaboration with distributor teams.

  • Building strong marketing capabilities at partner level to enable effective brand execution.

  • Driving sustainable NSV and case growth through the implementation of best-in-class Revenue Growth Management practices.

  • Delivering annual brand targets.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will bring:

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Marketing roles.

  • Strong commercial acumen gained through Customer Management or Customer Marketing experience.

  • Solid Consumer Marketing experience, including Brand Management and Marketing planning.

  • Leadership experience within Marketing and/or Commercial functions.

  • Experience in brand strategy, planning, performance tracking and budget management.

  • Ability to prepare impactful presentations and influence stakeholders.

  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred experience:

  • Experience in West Balkans markets.

  • Experience managing marketing activities in distributor markets.

  • FMCG, drinks or luxury categories background.

  • Degree and/or professional Marketing qualifications.
