About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to help shape how we connect with our customers and tell our story.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, support sales, and create meaningful customer engagement. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in bringing our marketing initiatives to life—from strategy through execution.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys both big-picture thinking and hands-on marketing work.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business goals
- Lead planning and execution of trade shows and events (booth design, messaging, presence)
- Support sales enablement through tools, content, and marketing assets
- Manage and enhance platforms like Showpad and website content
- Build strong relationships with industry associations and partners
- Help create engaging content (presentations, collateral, photos, videos)
- Measure campaign performance and use insights to improve results
- Bring structure to marketing through scalable processes and strong project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong experience with events and trade shows (global experience preferred)
- Background in sales support and marketing content creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools
- Experience building or improving marketing processes and workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
