We believe in transparency and value constructive, honest debate—we’re focused on getting to the best ideas, faster. We build high-performing teams that can make an impact quickly and with high quality. Role Overview

As a Marketing Strategy Intern, you’ll support the Marketing Strategy & Business Operations team in keeping key initiatives organized, visible, and moving forward. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how a modern marketing organization operates—helping connect the dots between planning, execution, and results.

You’ll contribute to real projects, including improving internal resources and supporting team-wide communications, while building a strong foundation in business operations and strategy.

What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)
  • Support team operations by helping coordinate meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups
  • Maintain trackers and timelines for key initiatives to keep work organized and on schedule
  • Assist in auditing and improving internal resources (e.g., intranet content, documentation, team materials)
  • Help gather updates from across marketing teams and organize them into clear, digestible summaries
  • Partner with team members to identify gaps in communication or process and suggest improvements
  • Provide general project support across strategic initiatives as needed
What You’ll Learn
  • How marketing strategy translates into execution across different functions
  • How to manage projects and track progress in a fast-paced environment
  • How to communicate clearly across teams and levels of the organization
  • How internal operations and communication impact marketing effectiveness
Who You Are (Success Profile)
  • You act like an owner: Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. You navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • You are a problem-solver: You seek out challenges because you are energized by finding solutions, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
  • You are a high-trust collaborator: You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback with clarity and respect.
  • You thrive in ambiguity: You are comfortable building the path as you walk it. You see ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as raw material to build something meaningful.
  • You are a learner: You have a true growth mindset and never stop developing yourself, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Strategic Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep details on track
  • Ability to synthesize information from different sources and understand how individual tasks connect to broader team goals
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information in a structured, concise way
  • Demonstrated ownership through coursework, internships, or extracurriculars (e.g., leading a project, coordinating a team, or driving something forward)
  • Comfort working in collaborative tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or similar)
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  •  Experience coordinating projects through coursework, internships, or extracurriculars
  • Ability to synthesize information into structured summaries or presentations
  • Interest in how marketing organizations operate and scale
  • Basic familiarity with data, reporting, or turning insights into recommendations
