Job Mission / Purpose:
The position is responsible for coordinating sales support by organization of marketing events and managing all daily marketing activities.
Key Activities:
Organize and provide materials and logistic coordination to marketing events like congresses, workshops etc.
•Ensure that participants’ subscriptions to company events and all marketing activities documentations are in line with fiscal, legal and company requirements.
•Collect and maintain accurate library of marketing activities documentation
•Maintain marketing materials and monitor its production to ensure consistency and appropriateness
•Develop marketing support materials
•Serve as liaison between company and advertising agencies, print suppliers and various marketing services.
•Provide logistic arrangements to sales force
•Collect and maintain an up-to-date customer and competitor's database.
Education
Preferably University degree in marketing or equivalent
Preferably South Africa Citizen
Travel Percentage: 10%
