Marketing Intern

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team with a variety of projects focused on brand awareness, content creation, communications, digital marketing, and general marketing activities. This position provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional business-to-business environment while developing skills across multiple areas of marketing.

 SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Assist with creating and editing marketing materials, presentations, flyers, graphics, and other promotional content.
  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Assist with website content updates and maintaining accurate online information.
  • Help develop and organize email marketing and internal/external communications.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, company events, and other marketing activities.
  • Assist with photography, video, and other content-creation projects as needed.
  • Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research.
  • Help maintain marketing calendars, files, databases, and other department resources.
  • Assist with promotional products, branded materials, and inventory.
  • Track and organize marketing data, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, and other departments on projects and communications.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and/or graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Professional, dependable, and willing to learn.
  • Social media management

  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics
  • Experience with email marketing or CRM platforms
