Manage and grow existing accounts, prospect for new business, execute division sales plans, promote magnet wire and motor-related products, coordinate resources and joint-selling with suppliers, and perform frequent overnight travel to customer sites.

Perform month-end and year-end close, prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, support internal and external audits, analyze financial data, manage cost and inventory accounting in manufacturing, identify process improvements, and collaborate with the Accounting Manager.
