Are you passionate about turning data into strategy? We are looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst who will transform market, customer, and business data into actionable insights, driving smarter decisions and supporting growth across the CEE & Türkiye region.
What You’ll Do:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data on market structure and dynamics (market size, growth, segmentation, pricing levels) across CEE & Türkiye
- Monitor competitor activities, including positioning, strengths, weaknesses, and strategic moves
- Identify key trends, opportunities, and risks across markets, including regulatory and technological shifts
- Analyze customer needs at a macro level and identify emerging trends
- Conduct market sizing and segmentation to uncover growth opportunities
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, reports, and dashboards
- Partner with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to support data-driven decision-making
- Present insights to key stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategic marketing, or business analytics
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with Excel and Power BI, as well as market intelligence platforms (e.g., EMIS, GWI, Euromonitor)
- Solid understanding of market research, commercial data, and competitive analysis
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
- Fluent in English
