Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, and BTL platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Design promotional materials, graphics, and multimedia content to support campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Plan and coordinate ATL activities such as TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.
- Implement BTL activities such as events, activations, sponsorships, and direct marketing initiatives.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for content generation, campaign optimization, customer insights, and creative design.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Support the planning and execution of events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, AI-driven innovations, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
- Strong skills in digital content creation (social media, blogs, video, email marketing).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with AI software (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Photoshop AI, Canva AI, or similar).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
