This position will work with Manager, Partnership, Brand and Experience to implement and execute programs and strategies that elevate company’s brand presence and member experience.  He/she will devise and execute partnerships, marketing programs and events that support premium product growth strategy and strengthen product card value propositions. 

Responsibilities
  • Implement initiatives to strengthen American Express’ brand presence and uphold the global positioning of the brand in the Hong Kong market

  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners including business partners, event organizers, agencies, merchants or influencers in executing brand initiatives

  • Assist in identifying and developing partnerships across members’ passion pillars such as Dining, Entertainment, Travel and so forth

  • Activate members at onsite sponsored events through card usage and engagement programs

  • Monitor campaign performance, tracking and reporting

  • Expense planning and management

  • Research on potential partners and industry trends on brand partnerships 

  • Ensure all related marketing programs and activities adhere to internal guidelines and external regulations

Qualifications
  • 2- 4 years in marketing, credit card or financial industry

  • Experience in end-to-end marketing campaign execution and delivery

  • Experience in partnership and negotiation 

  • Passion for events and excellent customer experience

  • Strong analytical skills and P & L mindset

  • Proven collaboration skills and ability to build and leverage multiple relationships in a matrix environment

  • Understanding of marketing and operational excellence, compliance and approval processes 

  • Self-starter – ability to take imitative in problem solving within stretched timelines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills in English and Cantonese

  • Education requirement: Bachelor Degree Required
