Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Activities
- Enhance brand visibility and market presence through strategic demand-generation marketing initiatives.
- Help our subject-matter experts demonstrate thought leadership through our blog (and other channels) as a means to drive awareness and generate leads.
- Develop and implement a clear plan to increase qualified inbound leads.
- Oversee content marketing, digital campaigns, events, and other marketing channels to drive engagement.
- Manage and optimize marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and other offsite channels.
Team Building and Management
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, and engineering.
- Lead a marketing team to support the growth of the organization.
- Expand the team as needed by the required marketing programs, through a combination of freelancers and adding additional staff in our Brazil location.
Performance Metrics
- Increase the number of qualified inbound leads.
- Enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Achieve marketing goals aligned with company objectives.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
Collaboration and Internal Communication
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
- Present marketing strategies and results to executive leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform marketing efforts.
QualificationsExperience
- Quota carrying and direct experience building and growing high performing sales and marketing teams for a B2B technology agency or consulting company.
- Experience working in a near-shore hybrid model, with a blend of on-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
- Minimum of 10+ years hands-on experience in sales and marketing roles for a B2B services organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a fully remote team.
Industry Knowledge
- Technology background with a strong understanding of digital consulting and/or agency operations of software design and development teams.
- Proficient understanding of apps, websites, and digital experiences - such as the process of planning, designing, and developing them, as well as industry trends, best practices, and high-level technologies.
Skills
- Excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to build sales plans and close deals with large clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An insatiable desire to forge new client relationships and grow business.
- Comfortable presenting and collaborating with a diverse set of decision-makers and stakeholders, from the C-suite to an IT manager.
Additional Information
- Remote Work: This position is fully remote, and the candidate should be comfortable working across all US time zones.
- Travel requirements: Candidates must be able to travel on an as needed basis for marketing events and on-site collaboration. Travel estimated to be 10-20%
- Compensation: $145k to $170k base salary + up to 15% annual performance bonus based on measurable goals and KPIs + competitive benefits.
