Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated brand plans aligned with global strategy and local dynamics. Quantify market opportunities, manage product lifecycles, and define scientifically accurate value propositions.
- Drive competitive analysis and win/loss tracking. Orchestrate customer research to uncover prescribing behaviors and payer criteria, enabling precise segmentation policies.
- Lead cross-functional product launches. Execute marketing strategies and pricing/VBP strategies to ensure seamless synchronization between local execution and global brand strategies.
- Optimize marketing ROI through disciplined budget management. Proactively mitigate regulatory, reputational, and access risks in full compliance with industry codes.
- Lead communications team and partner with field marketing teams to deploy integrated omni-channel campaigns that synchronize regional tactics with global brand strategies.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, close skill gaps through targeted training/coaching, and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Clinical or Public Health strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, specific experience in Contrast Media, Radiology, or Diagnostic Imaging being highly preferrable.
- Deep understanding of drug development lifecycles, regulatory compliance, pharmacovigilance.
- Leadership skills to lead and influence teams to shape growth vision and marketing strategy.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to translate complex clinical data into compelling commercial messages.
