ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead the company's marketing function within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase market share, drive customer acquisition, and support vehicle sales and aftersales growth. This role requires a commercially driven marketing leader with extensive experience in automotive marketing and brand management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead all marketing functions, including brand management, advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, showrooms, and customer engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of new vehicle launches, model campaigns, seasonal promotions, and dealership marketing initiatives.
- Drive lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns to increase showroom traffic, vehicle sales, and aftersales revenue.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, sponsorships, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Aftersales, and dealership teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives that support commercial objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities, automotive industry developments, pricing strategies, and consumer trends to identify market opportunities.
- Establish and monitor key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive management.

Education / Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership experience.
- Proven experience within the automotive industry.
- Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, and integrated marketing communications.
- Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Skills
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and commercial acumen.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing analytics, and customer journey optimization.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
