Core Responsibilities
Set and deliver marketing plans in collaboration with Product leads and game leadership: establish critical metrics, manage portfolio and budget, shape brand identity, strategize Go-To-Markets (GTM) initiatives targeting players and creators.
Plan and development of marketing briefs for GTM plans and activities in close collaboration with social and community team. In relevant work with agencies (internal or external) to build comprehensive campaigns.
Establish an insights and learning platform to optimize ongoing GTM efforts, focusing on marketing performance and effectiveness and work with our internal insights partners, data team, 3rd party etc. to track performance. Serve as the audience and communications expert for the GAME team and broader organization.
Lead the LEGO Fortnite marketing team, fostering team growth and individual development, ensuring clarity and alignment with roles and responsibilities and overall strategy (players and creators).
Collaborate closely with our Partners on GTM strategies, ensuring transparency, alignment of plans, and providing guidance on approvals and guidelines.
Engage with the LEGO ecosystem to enhance transparency regarding LEGO GAME plans and roadmap. Seek opportunities to create mutual value across relevant owned areas through strategic collaboration and integration with Product Groups (PG), Channels, markets etc.

The LEGO® GAME team is responsible for all game products across the company. You will join the LEGO GAME Fortnite team and work cross functionally towards delivering marketing strategies across our games to children and families around the world, working closely with Heads of Product, Community development, Our internal agency, media partners and many more.
Do you have what it takes?
Strong digital marketing background with a focus on digital play, games, and user acquisition (UA).
Strong performance marketing knowledge and proven track record in driving digital product marketing initiatives.
Experience with games in a Live-ops environment and social gaming channels.
Detailed approach to marketing, with the ability to prioritize according to relevant needs.
Good communication skills, both verbally and visually, especially in large organizations with many partners.
Experience with formal/informal leadership of team members
Experience with community development is a plus.
