About the Role:
As a Marketing Development Representative (MDR) at Paystand, you’ll be a key player in our Demand Generation team, driving the growth of a groundbreaking platform that’s transforming B2B payments. Your primary mission will be to qualify inbound leads and introduce potential customers to a solution that challenges the status quo of traditional payment methods.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage and qualify inbound leads to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Educate potential customers on the unique benefits of Paystand’s platform.
- Use your creativity to engage and nurture leads through social media and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Participate in continuous learning and development to enhance your skills and career progression.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for technology and innovation in the payments and SAAS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to engage potential customers through social media.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a growth mindset.
- Prior experience in a sales, marketing, hospitality or customer-facing role.
- Prior experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, creating email sequences and media content is a plus but not required.
Advanced and fluent english is a must.
