ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data.
- Supporting marketing and sales efforts in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations.
- Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the sales team while providing instructions for promotion or use.
- Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
- Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
- Plan and create original content and work with content creators to provide a regular cadence of customer-centric blog posts, white papers, case studies, and email newsletters.
- Create impactful long-term programs to improve conversion rates and overall lead quality
- Manage, maintain, and optimize marketing automation tools for inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Define and automate email campaigns and workflows.
- Run experiments, track performance, and continually optimize campaigns to build and scale a highly efficient mix of demand gen campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, PR, and product teams to ensure closely integrated campaigns, unified messaging, and shared priorities.
- Monitor social media activity of key accounts for opportunity to interact with and magnify their messaging.
- Encourage greater social media participation across departments.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
- Highly accountable with ability to handle multiple projects, manage competing priorities and workflows
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot (Marketo, Pardot, MailChimp ); Hubspot strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Independent worker capable of managing multiple projects in parallel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly learn technical information and apply it in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- Marketing analytics and SEO experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience developing and executing measurable integrated demand programs that drive net new pipeline and revenue.
- Proven record of partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Exceptional written and communication skills.
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:
- Demonstrated knowledge of personal computer applications Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook.
- Hubspot or similar marketing automation tools
- Google Analytics and Search Console
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Primarily indoor work primarily in office environment
- Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of computer screen
- No unusual physical requirements
