Role Summary
Topaz HR is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to help bring ideas to life across digital and print channels. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with about a year of experience who enjoys creating content, experimenting with new ideas, and owning projects from concept to execution.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 USD/Annually
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms
- Design marketing materials including graphics, flyers, and digital assets
- Develop and edit short-form video content for social and promotional use
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing ideas and campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all content and channels
- Support ongoing marketing initiatives and content calendars
- Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas to increase engagement
What You Bring
- Approximately 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field
- Strong design skills with an eye for layout, branding, and detail
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Basic video editing experience (Reels, TikTok, short-form content)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and execute independently
- Portfolio required (must include examples of social media, design, and/or video work)
Bonus Points
- Experience managing business or brand social media accounts
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Basic photography or videography experience
Compensation
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
