Overview

This role will support the development and execution of omnichannel marketing content and campaigns that advance departmental priorities and business objectives. The Marketing Content Coordinator will contribute to multimedia content creation and marketing programs that enhance brand awareness, client engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of multimedia case studies and marketing content for use across digital, social media and traditional marketing channels, showcasing the Bank's subject matter expertise across business lines.
  • Assist with photography, videography and content capture activities for marketing campaigns, events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support implementation and ongoing administration of the employee advocacy platform, including onboarding, content development, employee engagement initiatives and content compliance review.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team members to identify opportunities to repurpose content across channels through videos, Q&As and other multimedia formats.
  • Assist in the creation, production and distribution of marketing collateral supporting Bank products and services.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of templates and other branded marketing materials.
  • Coordinate sourcing, inventory management and distribution of promotional items and marketing collateral, ensuring cost-effective procurement and timely fulfillment.
  • Assist with managing the employee branded merchandise store, including product selection, inventory coordination and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate employee headshots for use on the Bank website, press releases, marketing collateral and other business communications.
  • Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Support the planning, coordination and implementation of marketing programs designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and client acquisition.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, content creation or a related field required.
  • Experience with Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Photography and/or videography experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position requires flexibility and willingness to occasionally travel to other locations or branches for training and attending meetings.


The successful candidate will be required to prove on the first day of work that they are legally authorized to work in the U.S. The Bank will not sponsor a candidate for a visa or for work authorization.


COMPENSATION:  $55,000 to $75,000 annually

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
