The Position:

You will be joining our Marketing Team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. As Marketing Coordinator at SDL, you will be responsible for: 

  • Owning and managing a schedule of 50+ shows per year, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This includes managing event timelines and schedules and coordinating all logistics for all trade shows, such as ordering show materials, shipping booths, coordinating hotels for staff, and maintaining sales materials.
  • Tracking and measuring leads generated from events to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Working with our marketing associate and VP of marketing to execute conference-related campaign plans, including email, social media, and direct mail.
  • Work with the marketing team to handle ad-hoc requests, including sales deck creation, communications, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, managing a schedule of 50+ shows per year.
  • Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate all logistics for all trade shows, including ordering show materials, shipping booths, coordinating hotels for staff, and maintaining sales materials.
  • Manage inventory of sales material and swag for all trade shows.
  • Track and measure leads generated from events to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Work with marketing associate and VP of marketing to execute conference-related campaign plans, including email, social media, and direct mail.
  • Work with the marketing team to handle ad-hoc requests, including sales deck creation, communications, and database management.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events.
