About Us

At Williamsburg Learning (WL), we’re on a mission to prepare promising students for meaningful lives as principled leaders. We partner with schools like Williamsburg Academy, Leadership Academy of Utah, and Williamsburg Academy of Colorado to deliver transformational learning experiences that spark curiosity, growth, and purpose.

We live by our values — Growth, Right Action, and a Culture of Belonging — and we believe work should be both meaningful and fun. Our team is authentic, connected, and committed to doing the right thing for each other and the students we serve.

To support our people, WL offers 100% paid health premiums for full-time employees (75% for families), a 401(k) match up to 4%, PTO plus two annual “dark weeks,” paid school holidays, and an annual company retreat.

If our mission and culture resonate with you, we’d love to have you on our team!

About the Position

Williamsburg Learning is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who combines data-driven thinking with exceptional copywriting and brand voice skills. This person will analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities to improve our marketing funnels, and craft persuasive, empathetic copy that inspires parents to take action.

You’ll partner closely with our Marketing Ops, Comms, and Design teams—as well as external ad agencies—to ensure our digital campaigns deliver strong engagement, consistent messaging, and measurable results.

If you love blending creativity with analytics, can write with clarity and empathy, and thrive on turning insights into action, this role is for you.

Essential Duties

Campaign Strategy & Optimization
• Analyze the performance of campaigns across email, SMS, paid ads, and web channels to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and retention through better messaging, timing, and targeting.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops to plan new automations and nurture workflows based on performance data.
• Partner with agency teams on ad and landing page performance, providing direction grounded in data and user experience insights.

Copywriting & Content Creation
• Write high-converting, on-brand copy for emails, SMS campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
• Refine and elevate existing copy to ensure consistency, clarity, and persuasive storytelling across channels.
• Maintain deep familiarity with Williamsburg Learning’s tone, mission, and values to ensure every message reflects our brand voice.
• Translate parent and student insights into compelling, empathetic messaging that resonates with our audiences.

Data Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor and interpret key funnel metrics (CTR, conversion rates, open rates, etc.) to drive strategic recommendations.
• Partner with the Marketing Ops team to create and refine dashboards and performance reports.
• Use A/B testing, cohort analysis, and audience segmentation to inform continual campaign optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the CMO to define campaign objectives and measure success.
• Coordinate with Comms and Design teams to align copy, creative, and messaging for all campaigns.
• Collaborate with external ad agencies to ensure campaigns reflect our voice and meet performance targets.
