What you are going to do
Within NN Group this role focuses on support for both, Polish marketing team and Digital Marketing & Lead Generation workstream. You will be aligning content strategy & supporting in scaling multilingual content development across markets, translating complex topics into clear, impactful messages that support customer understanding and improve experience, overseeing the creation of content in various formats, tailored to specific audience needs, while staying consistent with brand positioning. Next to this you will be managing and coordinating reusable content creation (written) for the Content HUB, tailored for local adaptation while aligned with global brand positioning and collaborating with markets on content production within SEO monitor. Over the countries you will be monitoring publishing progress and aligning efforts with strategic SEO priorities, supporting content ideation and copywriting with an SEO-first approach to target AI overviews, featured snippets, and other SERP enhancements, reviewing and fine-tuning existing content to improve performance and ensure alignment with entity-based SEO principles and staying updated on the latest trends in search, AI content, and digital platforms to provide actionable insights to content teams

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the NN International countries participating in this workstream. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, and Greece. Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or communication
- You have proven knowledge of content structure for digital platforms
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms to publish and manage content
- Understanding content performance metrics and how to use data for continuous improvement
- You possess Digital literacy and are familiar with different tools that are accessible to create, optimize and analyze content and its effectiveness
- Fluent English and Native Polish
- You have minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, marketing or communication
- You are a Strategic and critical thinking – understands how content supports business goals and evluates information and prioritizes messages in order to tailor content to different target audiences
- You possess an audience-centered mind – creates content that is valuable for end-user
- Excell in SEO & Content marketing
- You are a team worker and capable of building strong working relationships
- You take ownership and accountability – taking responsibility for the content lifecycle and take relevant actions
- You pay attention to details – when creating content pays attention to grammar, brand tone of voice etc.
Who you will work with
In this role you will reports to Centre of Excellence Lead and the Digital Marketing & Lead Generation workstream. You will be part of the DM & LG - Centre of Excellence of NN International.
You will:
- Work with diverse teams within NN International, all business units in International
- Partner with key business stakeholders in Insurance International
- and achieve business objectives.
- Engage with external partners and collaborators to leverage industry expertise and stay updated with emerging trends and technologies.
