o9 Project Manager is accountable for end-to-end project management of o9 deployment in the region. The role requires extensive experience in managing and delivering complex, global, multi-phase SAP enterprise or O9 engagements.
This role will be accountable for deploying the Global o9 template within the region working alongside Global resources as well as Regional Functional and MDS resources.
This role combines project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with appropriate knowledge of enterprise applications, functionality and solutions to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact, high-value projects.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end project delivery within S4o9 transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between Regional o9 and Product / Global o9 workstreams and partner teams, ensuring clear communication driving decisions and requirements.
- Team Management: Proven ability in building and motivating effective teams across internal and external partners
- Reporting: Establish and maintain governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability on project deliverables throughout the S4o9 transformation process.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation project, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to align projects outcomes with organizational goals and adapt to evolving priorities.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Digital and Business Transformation Projects and Project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Functional Skills: Proven track record of delivering project using recognised Project Management Methodologies - Waterfall, SAfe, Scrum, Prince2 etc. Knowledge and experience of MDLZ TGM would be ideal.
- Technical Skills: Working experience with o9 software. Advanced expertise in working with Project Management Tools and JIRA; Comprehensive understanding of SAP Activate Methodology - release management, DevOps methodology, Data Migration, Testing and Cut over Management. Familiarity with SAP RISE deployment would be good to have.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire project teams and drive successful project outcomes. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field. Project Management Certification from industry accredited bodies - PMP, Agile/Scrum etc
