POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Content & Design Executive is responsible for creating compelling visual and digital content that enhances the hotel's brand presence, drives revenue, and supports Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Events, Weddings and other commercial initiatives.
The role combines graphic design, photography, videography, content creation and digital marketing to deliver engaging campaigns across print and digital platforms. Responsibilities include planning, capturing, editing and producing photo and video content, designing marketing collateral, supporting paid digital campaigns, managing social media content, maintaining Marriott brand standards and assisting with website content updates.
Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and hotel departments, the Marketing Content & Design Executive ensures all creative assets effectively showcase the hotel's products and experiences while supporting business objectives.
The role requires creativity, attention to detail, strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Design
- Design and produce digital and print marketing collateral including advertisements, brochures, menus, posters, flyers, banners, presentations, email graphics and promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts supporting Rooms, F&B, Spa, Weddings, Events and seasonal campaigns.
- Produce creative assets for hotel digital screens and guest-facing platforms.
- Ensure all artwork complies with Marriott brand standards.
- Maintain an organized library of creative assets and templates.
Content Creation
- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality photography and videography across hotel outlets, guest rooms, events and experiences.
- Create engaging social media content, including reels and short-form videos.
- Edit images and videos using professional creative software.
- Coordinate content shoots with hotel departments, influencers and external partners.
- Capture live events and promotional activities.
Digital Marketing
- Support Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop creative assets for digital campaigns and recommend content improvements based on performance insights.
- Assist with social media scheduling and content planning.
- Update website banners, landing pages and promotional content.
- Monitor digital trends and recommend new content opportunities.
Brand & Project Management
- Maintain consistency across all hotel communications and creative materials.
- Support PR activities, influencer collaborations and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal departments, printers, agencies and suppliers to deliver projects on time.
- Track project timelines and maintain effective communication.
General Responsibilities

- Represent the Marketing Department professionally during hotel events and activations.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and comply with Marriott policies and quality standards.
