What you'll do
The Strategic Marketing team supports our Triangle Rewards Partnership program. Triangle Rewards is one of Canada’s largest and most respected loyalty programs, delivering meaningful rewards, deeper customer relationship and insights and personalized offers that drive loyalty and engagement for approximately 12 million members. As a member of this team, you will help to bring our loyalty program partnerships to market and bring even more value to Canadians.
Reporting to the Manager of Triangle Partnerships, the Marketing Consultant will collaborate with brand strategy, internal creative teams, and cross-functional groups to plan, strategize, and execute best-in-class marketing campaigns supporting our Triangle Rewards partnership portfolio. This position offers extensive exposure across the organization, providing opportunities for organizational insight, relationship building, and career development.
The candidate works collaboratively and aims to integrate online, in-store, social, paid media, and other channels to ensure a consistent experience across all touchpoints, with the purpose of increasing customer engagement and loyalty.
Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans and collaborate with program partners to advance business and marketing objectives.
Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to strategize, test, and implement digital-led marketing campaigns across diverse customer touchpoints.
Communicate and coordinate with marketing operations, data analytics, and other cross-functional support teams to ensure strategic alignment and facilitate the flawless execution of tracked campaigns for performance evaluation.
Support the creation of integrated creative and media briefs that provide clear direction and inspiration to partner agencies, enabling them to produce innovative and best-in-class campaigns.
Assist in the seamless implementation of all integrated mass marketing campaign activities—including Digital, Social, TV, Print, Radio, Out-of-Home, and In-Store Signage—and contribute to the development and application of standardized processes to achieve campaign goals within budget.
Advance campaign objectives by utilizing proven methods while also demonstrating an openness to innovation and adopting new approaches suited to the dynamic marketing environment.
Oversee the development and management of internal reviews for campaign collateral to maintain consistency and adherence to established brand standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively navigating tight deadlines and shifting priorities to ensure timely and high-quality results.
Coordinating with XF support teams/merch for category and product updates, product ordering for shoots, owned-channel requests and planning

What you bring
+3 years of marketing experience with a solid foundation in retail or loyalty sectors.
+3 years of digital marketing expertise, encompassing email, web, social media, and mobile platforms.
Proven track record in delivering omni- and multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale, utilizing data and digital insights to drive execution.
Strong ability to source and interpret data analytics and digital customer engagement metrics to find opportunities
Demonstrates a highly collaborative approach, able to work independently or as part of a team within flexible and dynamic environments, while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Consistently commits to ambitious objectives and upholds the highest standards of performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Thrives in fast-paced settings, adept at prioritizing multiple tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
