About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior MarCom Specialist to support our marketing communications initiatives. The role focuses on promoting products and services through multiple channels, acquiring new customers, increasing market share, and strengthening brand positioning. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, brand promotion, budget control, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
- Assist in conceptualizing and organizing offline conferences, seminars, and promotional events aligned with company strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and follow up on leads by working with data team to maximize business opportunities.
Brand Promotion
- Support the implementation of corporate image and brand strategies in line with business development goals.
- Develop and execute customer engagement plans across different platforms.
Budget & Inventory Management
- Assist in preparing budgets for offline campaigns and promotional materials; monitor costs to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee production schedules, inventory tracking, and distribution of marketing collateral and giveaways.
Internal Communication
- Collaborate with HR and internal teams to promote employer branding and related internal communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant marketing/communications experience (candidates with strong potential and slightly less experience may be considered for junior level).
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
- Familiarity with the analytical chemistry/Life sciences industry and awareness of product ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing approaches.
- Event project management experience (offline/webinar/hybrid) and vendor management
- Bilingual or English-workable (reading/writing)
- Hands-on attitude & “can-do” mindset
