Responsibility:
Brand Communication
Own communication strategy and calendar for Royal Canin Brand.
Lead creative and execution of brand-level communication plans (umbrella messaging), and brand communication strategy across the Pet Owner Journey.
Build strong brand equity and drive brand awareness through brand communication, marketing strategy, and integrated marketing activities.
Local point of contact with the global on RC brand communication
Manage related budgets, and keep improving investment effectiveness and efficiency through driving one-demand collaboration and resource synergy
Digital Assets Management
Build a digital Hub and manage all brand and digital assets, including but not limited to Weibo, WeChat, and other social media platforms.
Champion the global Media Key Beliefs and be able to implement them in the local market effectively.
Create a cross-functional understanding of media developments, issues, and trends that inform and influence Mars’ perspective
Lead development of optimal brand-specific media strategies and plans
Drive improvements in ROI on brand media investment
Lead the setting up of the digital assets management governance process, such as video.
Social Media Operation
Own communication strategy in social media
Lead creative and execution of social media operation, including brand account, PGC social recommendation, UGC, negative buzz mitigation, and platform collaborations
Innovate ways of working and methodology to win over young pet owners for precise nutrition category building and RC brand health equity accumulation
Lead social content strategy development and planning
Social influencer management
Incubation of associate ambassadors, professional KOLs, and KOS, etc.
Brand social profiling creation and amplification
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. At least 12 years+ experience in marketing function in MNC, with expertise and skill set in brand communication and leading-edge understanding of new media opportunities.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, including pillar marketing, global/regional stakeholders, and external agencies.
4. Ability to think strategically and drive sales and marketing alignment to a vision.
5. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, comfortable with change, and able to navigate through ambiguity and conflicts.
6. At least 5+ years of experience in managing teams; proven ability to engage, motivate, and develop people.
7. Good English communication in both written and spoken.
