Full-time / Fixed Term for 3 months

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Co-ordinator to support our EMEA Marketing Operations team within the Industrial Solutions business. This role plays an essential part in keeping our internal processes running smoothly, supporting project execution, maintaining our SharePoint environment, and collaborating with a wide variety of teams and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support the implementation, optimisation, and documentation of internal marketing processes and workflows.

  • Assist with monitoring project timelines, approvals, invoicing, and reporting dashboards.

  • Act as the primary coordinator and content administrator for the EMEA Marketing SharePoint site, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, and up to date.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across a range of marketing activities.

  • Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentation materials for internal meetings and reviews.

  • Serve as a point of contact for translation agencies, supporting translation workflows and approvals.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across EMEA Marketing Operations, Global Marketing, and the wider Industrial Solutions team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Experience supporting projects or cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build positive working relationships across departments and levels.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience working in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing-focused environments.

  • Familiarity with industrial markets such as filtration, manufacturing, power generation, or hydrogen technologies.

  • Multilingual capability (French, German, Spanish, or Italian).

  • Previous experience managing content on SharePoint or similar intranet platforms.

  • Basic design/layout capability using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or PowerPoint.

  • Experience working with translation agencies or external suppliers.
