Job Description:
Design and deliver big, breakthrough digital first ideas, leveraging a new mix of fit for purpose agency partners, platforms and ecosystems to enable delivery of all consumer brand communications for the enterprise. The role is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of region-specific content. Stewardship of regional Jewel brands, acting as Regional Brand leader.
What are we looking for?Business related degree
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in relevant brand building and strategic marketing and communications roles across markets and cross cultural perspective is preferred
Extensive experience in building brands through communications – across multiple platforms
Extensive experience in strategic marketing roles across markets and cross-cultural perspective is preferred.
Experience on leadership teams and managing across markets and in multi layered organisations.
Exceptional senior stakeholder management.
Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
Ability to create strong relationships across internal departments and external agency partners
This role has responsibility and accountability for delivery of brand communications for Mars Wrigley markets in MEA cluster, based on aligned priorities coming out of Mars Snacking global Brand Office.
Translate the Brand Compass and Brand Growth Strategy into compelling consumer experiences and communication strategy that will drive growth.
Lead the agency ecosystem including negotiating scope of work in line with brand/market needs.
Drive efficiency in use of resources across our brands.
Briefing and leading work based on brand briefs coming from region needs / outages Leading the creative process from brief to execution including research with relevant experts (HI).
Partnering with markets and relevant functions (media/social) to ensure ideas travel across relevant media channels and platforms (PESO media planning).
Defining relevant measurement and tracking of impact and ROI.
Leading and supervising Design artwork for Brands and portfolio initiatives.
Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
